Ladies Boot Camp Sessions
This is a Ladies only fitness class which is circuits based and we do a different workout each time so you never get bored! You get 3 sessions a week to choose from which involve boxing , car tyres and battle rope workouts.
We train on Mondays Wednesday and Fridays from 915am-1015am and you can pay as you go or do monthly membership.
