I have trained with Rich for the last 5 years on a 1-1 basis and would recommend him to everyone. Initially our sessions were focused around strength gain and lifting techniques however my goals are now very different. Rich has managed to adapt my training now around mobility and fitness for martial arts. I now feel a lot more balanced and have greater core stability which has helped me stay injury free.

I have been training with Rich Jones for a year and have been extremely pleased and impressed with the way the sessions have been structured. For over a year l suffered badly from sacroiliac dysfunction and continually plagued with severe pain in my spine. However 3 months of weekly sessions with the ViPR the pains and spasms have disappeared. I now have a full range of movement in my back and have shrunk in size!
