What are the benefits of a boot camp workout?

The goal of a fitness boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance.

Each session will offer you: 

  • A challenging and varied workout
  •  Fun and friendly group environment
  • Better results than the gym

We run sessions at Shaw Forest Park in West Swindon on these days 

  • Mondays 6-7pm Circuit training
  • Wednesdays 6-7pm Boxercise
  • Saturdays 9-10am Battle ropes
