What are the benefits of a boot camp workout?
The goal of a fitness boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance.
Each session will offer you:
- A challenging and varied workout
- Fun and friendly group environment
- Better results than the gym
We run sessions at Shaw Forest Park in West Swindon on these days
- Mondays 6-7pm Circuit training
- Wednesdays 6-7pm Boxercise
- Saturdays 9-10am Battle ropes
