My passion for exercise initially started through playing tennis from the age of 10 years for club and county.
This was the main trigger for my exercise enthusiasm which encouraged me to complete a range of vocational qualifications.
I now have over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry working as a personal trainer, class instructor and massage therapist.
I currently work at Simply Gym in East Swindon where l offer personalised training sessions for women who want to lose weight, change shape and look great!
My specialities lie in weight loss, fitness, functional movement and low back pain issues.

Frequently asked questions
All you need to bring to the session, is comfortable workout clothes, i.e. t-shirt, jogging bottoms or shorts, sensible trainers and a water bottle, I will provide everything else.
Ideally you need to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week to gain health and fitness benefits, obviously the more exercise the better the results!!
I would advise not to diet whilst exercising as this will have a negative effect on your energy levels. Certainly to follow a healthy eating plan would enable you to gain results faster! This can all be discussed in the initial consultation.
Missing sessions is not a problem as long as you give me 24 hours notice to reschedule if not then you will forfeit the session.
In terms of floor space all you need for the session is a living or dinning room size area to exercise in.
Friends and family are more than welcome as I do group sessions as well as 1-1 personal training sessions.
You can either join a gym l train at or the sessions can take place at your house.
You should feel fitter within the first 4 to 6 weeks of commencing exercise, some health benefits you will feel straight away.
There is no limit in age when it comes to exercise, you will know what they say ‘You’re only as old as you feel’. The fitter you are the younger you will feel!
You do not require a medical examination before starting exercise as this is now what most doctors actually prescribe to boost health! The initial consultation includes a medical screen to establish your history prior to commencing sessions
